Due to the technical nature of diesel injection products, returns are handled according to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted when:
- Products received are incorrect compared with the confirmed order.
- Products arrive damaged due to transportation.
- Products have verified manufacturing defects.
Customers must contact us within:
7 days after receiving the goods
and provide:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Description of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products installed, modified, or disassembled by customers.
- Damage caused by improper installation.
- Incorrect product selection without prior technical confirmation.
- Normal wear caused by operation.
- Products purchased according to customer-provided specifications.
3. Return Authorization

4. Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is caused by our error:
- We will review the case and provide a solution.
If the return is caused by customer reasons:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
